If you are acting on behalf of a corporation, municipality, or cooperative, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must cease all access to our platforms, decline to place orders for products, and delete any registered portal profiles.

2. Description of Services & Platforms

BioRefiners develops, operates, and scales circular bioeconomy projects across India. Our offerings include:

• Circular Economy Solutions: Processing municipal, industrial, and agricultural organic waste streams into sustainable materials.
• Bio-Products: Supplying certified biochar, organic fertilizers, and insect protein feed products to industrial buyers.
• Climate Technology Portal: Software systems for tracking logistics, village feedstock collection hubs, and biochar production runs.
• ESG Tracking & Auditing: Visualizing corporate carbon emissions reduction metrics, trace-to-source supply chains, and environmental impact audits.

3. User Responsibilities

When utilizing our digital platforms, portals, or website forms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated company and personal registration records.
• Secure your user account credentials, including API keys and dashboard passwords.
• Verify the accuracy of waste logs, biomass volumes, or logistics manifests uploaded to our portals.
• Promptly report any system vulnerabilities or unauthorized account access to our support desk.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All website layouts, logos, copywriting, graphics, software modules, databases, carbon modeling formulas, ESG audit templates, patents, trade secrets, and operational circular-economy methods belong exclusively to BioRefiners and its parent company ReatchAll.

These Terms do not grant you any license or right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or lease any of our software, intellectual property, or branded elements without our prior written authorization.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our digital tools only for legitimate business purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to probe our systems, bypass authentication screens, or scan server vulnerabilities.
• System Interference: Injecting scripts, viruses, or logic bombs that degrade the performance of our logistics dashboards.
• Data Falsification: Uploading fraudulent biomass records, crop yield calculations, or fake emissions metrics to manipulate ESG rankings.
• Misuse of Content: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting pricing lists, farmer data, or corporate contact lists from our portals.

6. Carbon Credit & ESG Disclaimer

Carbon credits, offset verifications, and ESG tracking statistics published by BioRefiners represent projections and estimations. Issuance, registry approval (e.g., Verra, Puro.earth), and trading values are subject to regulatory updates and third-party verification, and cannot be guaranteed.

BioRefiners provides auditable tracking details, but does not warrant that voluntary carbon markets will purchase offsets, or that specific environmental metrics will qualify for subsidies or legal exemptions.

7. Third-Party Links Disclaimer

Our websites and platforms may link to external tools, calculators, carbon market registries, or ESG portals run by independent entities. BioRefiners does not review, verify, control, or take responsibility for the accuracy, policies, or services of any third-party websites. Use of external sites is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by governing laws, BioRefiners, its directors, operational divisions, and parent company ReatchAll, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation covers losses related to crop yields, fertilizer efficiency, project delays, website outages, carbon offset decertification, or lost business opportunities, even if we were advised of such potential issues.

9. Information & Availability Disclaimer

All carbon metrics calculators, biomass estimations, agricultural advice, and circular economy articles are provided "as is" for informational reference only. We make no warranty that our platforms will operate uninterrupted, without error, or be completely free of network lag, and we reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, without prior notification or liability, to suspend, disable, or delete your portal access if we detect breach of our acceptable use guidelines, submission of fraudulent ESG logs, non-payment of commercial invoices, or attempts to compromise platform security.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or litigation arising from your access to our portals, products, or contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

BioRefiners reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publishing. Your continued logging into our logistics nodes or ESG portals constitutes binding agreement to the updated Terms.
